Camp David Registration Guide                             Volunteer Registration Video Guide
Logging into your account is required to register for Camp David. Please complete these steps in order:
1. Log in to the system 
2. Complete the Medical Information Form
3. Verify and update your profile information
4. Complete the About Me Form (Adult Friends with a disability ONLY)
5. Select  the correct registration page: CAMP DAVID Volunteers or Campers. Please note that CAMP DAVID Assigned Team is by invitation only.
Logging in
• If you know your login information: Log In Here
• If you forgot your information, click “Having trouble logging in?”
• If this is your first time with David’s Table: Create an Account

Important Account Information
• Each individual has a separate account (every adult/family member)
• One email address may be used by the family, but each individual must have unique login information.
• We recommend using an individual’s name as their username.
• Write down usernames and passwords.
• Complete all steps for one individual before logging into the next family member’s account.
• Each individual must complete their own Medical Information Form under their own account.

After Logging In - on your Dashboard/Portal Pages:
1. Complete the Medical Information Form
2. Click “UPDATE YOUR PROFILE” under “IS EVERYTHING CORRECT?”
3. Complete the About Me Form if applicable (Adults with a disability only)
4. Select  the correct registration page: Camp David VOLUNTEERS or CAMPERS       ---        ASSIGNED TEAM (is by invitation only)

Registration Form Tips
• Leave “Include myself as an attendee” checked
• Read and agree to the waiver statement
• Carefully review all information before submitting
• If you need to make changes, click “Previous” or “Edit”
• Enter payment information and click Submit only once
 

You are officially registered once BOTH your Medical Information Form and registration are completed.

You will receive a confirmation email with next steps, including background check and training information.
